Ginger Lemon Tea

Let's get warm!

Chase away the chills with lemon 

ginger infused tea sweetened with wild flora honey.  Ginger  strengthens the immune system, relieves stress, soothes a sore throat, reduces inflammation, and is natural way to promote good health.


Ginger Lemon Tea


Place a slice of fresh ginger, a slice of lemon or lemon peel, and a tablespoon of honey in a teapot. Add a teaspoon of loose tea or one black teabag. Add  2 cups of boiling water and let steep for a few minutes.  Pour through a tea strainer into a mug or cup.  Ahhhhh!

This tea is also delicious iced as a summertime chiller!  Try it with a sprig of fresh mint!
