Grilled Salmon with Fresh Georgia Peaches

I was inspired to make this salad when I had some leftover grilled salmon from dinner the night before.  And being summer, I had peaches and blueberries, too.  Turns out they were the perfect compliments for grilled salmon.  

Start with a base of  fresh baby spinach leaves or buttery Bibb lettuce.  Add peaches, blueberries, avocado, and a drizzle of Honey Citrus Vinaigrette.  The lemon in the dressing brightens all the flavors and the honey sweetens and softens them.  Crusty bread?   A glass of chilled juicy rosé?  Let's make a meal of this!
